Returns

You will require a returns authorisation umber to return any item from our website. You must contact our office – Tel: 01993 899155 – to be issued with an authorisation number and the relevant warehouse address of where the goods should be sent.

Unrequired goods for credit will only be accepted within 10 days of invoice and must be in original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. After 10 days a 25% restocking charge may apply.

• No goods are accepted for return after 30 days.
• Full purchase detail – our order number or a returns reference obtained from Oxford ChefShop – must be clearly displayed on all returned goods.
• All goods are returned at the senders expense.
• No special items (non-stock lines) will be accepted back for credit.
• Your rights to return goods are protected under the Sale of Goods Act 1979.
