Delivery is usually made the next day if you order before 3pm. Next day delivery only applies to mainland UK orders and excludes remote and offshore areas. Next day delivery excludes weekends – please select a premium service if you require a Saturday delivery.
Orders placed after 1pm Friday and over the weekend will be processed Monday for delivery Tuesday. Standard UK delivery charge excludes Northern Ireland, Highlands, Isle Of Man and Isle Of Wight. For these areas please check the remote and offshore delivery tables for pricing.
Some items such as heavy catering equipment items and some crockery have an extended delivery time, they are normally delivered within 5 working days although some times 7 to 10 working days may be required, we will contact you shortly after receiving the order to advise you if we foresee any delays, please note we cannot guarantee times of delivery but can contact the drivers on occasions if required for these products. Please contact our sales centre on 01993 899155 if you need to confirm lead times.
Once we receive your order, we will process and aim to despatch this on the same day providing the order has been completed before 3pm, otherwise it will roll over onto the next day’s orders. Please allow up to 3 days for delivery of your order unless you have specified an express delivery. Equipment may be sent direct from our suppliers, depending on the product.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We will only charge you for the items that we have in stock and despatch to you. Our aim is to always have stock available on all the website items. Vat Charges for orders made from the UK or the European will be charged at the UK current rate.

Delivery of machines, refrigeration and all flat-pack items will be made to the ground floor entrance to the building. It does not include negotiating lifts or stairs.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered will fit through doorways and into their premises. We cannot accept responsibility if it will not fit. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customers responsibility.
Delivery does not include unpacking or positioning or assembling items.
