Designed for performance, the UC-S-E Energy features innovative VarioPower technology to remove stubborn residues like lipstick and fruit pulp, whilst still treating your delicate stemware with care. The Winterhalter is also highly efficient and benefits from intelligent programming to only use the water and energy needed for a flawless finish.

This model features an advanced heat and steam capture function which dramatically reduces energy use and running costs. This also removes the need for an overhead condenser hood. Fitted with an internal water softener, allowing use in medium to hard water areas.
