If you need reliably consistent glasswashing results, the Winterhalter UC-M-E Energy is an impressive professional solution. Designed to wash up to thirty 500x500mm racks per hour, the UC-M-E Energy allows you to effectively clean all sorts of commercial glassware – from delicate champagne flutes and martini glasses, to traditional pint glasses and tumblers. Intelligent programming ensures you always get the wash you are looking for. For example, there’s an intensive programme for the most stubborn residues, as well as a silence programme for when noise needs to be kept to a minimum. A great option for busy bars, restaurants and hotels.

This model features an advanced heat and steam capture function which dramatically reduces energy use and running costs. This also removes the need for an overhead condenser hood. Fitted with an internal water softener, allowing use in medium to hard water areas.
