Description

The Sammic CA-41 Vegetable Preparation machine brings superb power and performance to the commercial kitchen. An essential tool for reducing prep time, the Sammic CA-41 delivers remarkably consistent results whether you’re chopping, slicing, dicing, grating or chipping. Able to easily process up to 650kg of food every hour, the Sammic features a powerful 550W motor, which, despite the performance, only requires a single phase to operate. This model is supplied with disc kit 1, which comprises of a 4mm shredding disc, a 4mm julienne disc and a 3mm curved slicing disc.
