This floor standing 3-phase unit is great for sealing food items into plastic bags for sous vide cooking or storing in the chiller / freezer. Reduces wastage and improves the durability of cooked or raw food, with no loss of weight. Ideal for busy or large restaurants, central production kitchens, manufacturing sites etc. The body of the vacuum sealer is made from sturdy and easy to clean stainless steel, whilst the lid is made from robust Perspex glass, making it easy to monitor the progress of the sealing. The SV-606T comes fitted with a 63m__/hr pump, along with 2 x cordless L-shaped double sealing bars & an intuitive digital keyboard for ease of use.
