Description

The electric E9581R features an 18mm thick half-ribbed, half smooth polished steel griddle plate, two 4.4kW elements, is thermostatically-controlled and has a temperature range of 100-300__C. The plate is completely surrounded by a grease trough which, along with a removable grease collection area, makes the unit easy to clean. The hob is constructed from 2mm 304 grade stainless steel and laser cut with right angled edges to allow the joining of units with no gaps via the Dynamic Link System (DLS)*. It is also IPX5 rated, for ease of cleaning.
