Designed to make the whole baking process simple, the De Buyer is made from durable steel with a high quality non-stick coating. This not only ensures excellent thermal performance in commercial ovens – it also makes the finished kougloff or bundt easy to remove once cooked. The non-stick coating it PFOA and PFOS free too, which ensures the resulting food isn’t exposed to any of these compounds which could be detrimental to health.
