Simply select a temperature (anywhere between 35°C to 85°C), and let the Buffalo food warmer do the rest. And once service is over, the warmer is exceptionally easy to clean – a great little feature for saving a bit of time.
This model features three plates with overhead bulbs and can accommodate up to full-size (1/1GN) gastronorm food trays at a time.
