Large, powerful and incredibly versatile, the Buffalo six burner BBQ griddle gives you more than enough cooking capacity for any busy event or service. With its impressive 1270x520mm cooking surface, there’s plenty of space for favourites such as burgers, bacon, eggs and vegetables.

As each burner has independent controls, you can easily adjust sections of the griddle plate to different temperatures – perfect for cooking multiple items all at once. You can also set a section at a low enough temperature to gently heat cooked items, keeping them hot and ready for service.

For added flexibility, the barbecue has handy lockable castors and a fold-down shelf, making positioning and set-up easy. Ignition is via a front-mounted button – no taper required.
